No trip to Paris would be complete without marveling at the Eiffel Tower! Stroll through the Tuileries Gardens, and discover why the Tuileries Palace was burned to the ground! Arc de Triomphe

We will meet directly in front the Arc de Triomphe, in the middle of the roundabout. Your guide Ben will be holding a red umbrella and wearing a T-shirt which reads 'Raconteur Paris Walking Tours'! If you're taking the metro to the Arc, you can get off at Charles de Gaulle – Étoile station and take exit number 1. To get to the Arc, follow the signs to take the underground passageway - there is an entrance on the right-hand side of the Avenue des Champs-Élysées as you are facing the Arc. You do not require a ticket or a reservation to access the Arc itself. (You may see people lining up for the paid ticket to take the stairs to the viewing platform at the top of the Arc; you can walk straight past them!) Get in touch with Ben via TipWalk if you have any trouble finding your way there!
